His background provides him with a nuanced understanding of New England’s specific soil and groundwater conditions, as well as the regional regulatory agencies that oversee property development. Tiffany-Linn Stephens, Regional Director for the firm's Northeast environmental practice, noted that Casey’s deep familiarity with local practical challenges will allow for more efficient project execution for clients.
Casey, a graduate of the University of Massachusetts Lowell, will work closely with the firm's Framingham-based team. His addition is intended to integrate his regulatory insight into Partner’s existing multidisciplinary framework, supporting the company's efforts to manage environmental risk throughout the property life cycle. Partner Engineering and Science currently operates 40 offices globally, providing due diligence and consulting for the commercial real estate sector.
