The local franchise, which offers logistics support through carriers including UPS, FedEx, USPS, and DHL, remains a fixture for neighborhood packing, notary, and mailbox rental needs. Co-owner and store manager Angelo Vinco emphasized that the transition focuses on continuity, aiming to provide the same reliable service while simplifying the shipping process for local residents.

Patrick Edd, CEO of parent company Annex Brands, noted that the strength of the PostalAnnex network relies on this type of local commitment. Based in San Diego, Annex Brands has managed diverse shipping franchises since 1985 and currently oversees more than 800 locations across North America. This change in leadership ensures the Austin site continues its long-standing role as a central hub for business and personal logistics.
