Life Flower Dispensary Marks 16 Years With Denver Dog Adoption Drive

A wagging tail might be the best souvenir from this year’s anniversary celebration at Life Flower Dispensary. On September 12, the long-standing Denver business is shifting its focus from organic cannabis to animal advocacy, hosting an adoption event at both city locations to support local rescue group Up Pup & Away.

The event, running from 4:00 to 7:00 PM, invites the public to interact with rescue dogs while browsing anniversary specials on flower and live rosin. Beyond the festivities, the dispensary aims to turn commerce into charity: a portion of all sales generated during the three-hour window will go directly to Up Pup & Away. The organization specializes in rehabilitating dogs and cats that have faced abuse or abandonment, filling a critical gap in local animal welfare services.

For the dispensary team, the partnership marks a shift in how they observe their 16-year milestone. Rather than focusing solely on their growth since 2010, the company intends to leverage its community footprint to help facilitate adoptions for local animals. Visitors are encouraged to meet the dogs on-site, whether they intend to adopt or simply want to contribute to the rescue mission through their patronage.
