Thrill-seekers are bracing for a high-stakes guessing game as Six Flags officially announced the acquisition of ArieForce One. Six Flags Acquires ArieForce One, Setting Off Industry Speculation

The purchase of the Rocky Mountain Construction-built ride marks a rare preservation victory for the coaster enthusiast community. Since its abrupt closure at Fun Spot America in August 2026, the coaster’s future had become a subject of intense debate across online forums. By securing the attraction, Six Flags intends to keep the original name, honoring the legacy of Fun Spot founder John Arie Sr. while integrating the 154-foot-tall machine into its expansive North American portfolio.

While the company confirmed the acquisition, executives remain tight-lipped regarding the ride's final destination. Mark Pauls, chief operating officer of Six Flags, noted that the mystery surrounding the relocation is intentional, designed to sustain the momentum of the announcement. For fans, the wait now shifts to identifying which of the operator’s 20 amusement parks possesses the capacity and profile to host the coaster’s signature features, including its world-famous zero-gravity stall and Raven Truss Dive.
