The final tranche consisted of 151,427 units priced at $0.15 each. Each unit includes one common share and one warrant, allowing the holder to purchase an additional share for $0.25 within a twenty-four-month window. These warrants carry an accelerated expiry clause, triggered if the company's share price hits or exceeds $0.35 for five consecutive trading days.
Under the terms of the offering, the units were sold via the listed issuer financing exemption, rendering them free-trading in most Canadian provinces. Inturai Ventures, which focuses on AI applications across healthcare, defense, and industrial sectors, previously compensated third-party finders with $9,900 and 66,000 warrants for their role in the capital raise. Detailed documentation regarding the financing is available through the SEDAR+ platform.
