The development, located at the intersection of North 5th Street and the Las Vegas Beltway, marks the largest expansion project for the builder in the Las Vegas market over the last decade. Prices for the four new communities within the master plan begin in the $300,000s, targeting buyers seeking proximity to major employment hubs like Nellis and Creech Air Force Bases. The site design prioritizes outdoor connectivity, featuring 12 acres of parks, a dedicated trailhead, and various recreational amenities including pickleball and basketball courts.

North Las Vegas Mayor Pro Tem Scott Black noted that the project represents a significant economic investment, expected to bolster local business growth and job creation. Residents will have access to floor plans offering up to five bedrooms and five baths, with the option for customization through the builder's design studio. Each property is engineered to meet ENERGY STAR certification standards, a benchmark currently held by fewer than 12% of new homes nationwide. While the Landings and Reserves neighborhoods are open for tours, construction continues on the remaining Meadows and Gardens phases.
