Founded in 2015 by Emil Davtyan, the firm originally focused exclusively on wage-and-hour class actions. With a total workforce now exceeding 200 employees across 16 state offices, the firm has moved its headquarters to a company-owned building in Pasadena. This infrastructure investment provides the foundation for their next phase: expansion into Washington, New York, Illinois, Colorado, and Oregon.
