The new hardware rollout includes the flagship S7 LiDAR Ultra AWD 3000, capable of navigating 80% slopes, and the S5 LiDAR Ultra Pro. These models utilize the company's AllSense 3.0 technology, allowing for wire-free installation and centimeter-level navigation across garden areas ranging from 500 to 3,000 square meters. By incorporating solid-state LiDAR and obstacle recognition for over 360 object types, the systems aim to minimize manual intervention while enhancing collision safety.
Beyond mowing, the Smart Garden ecosystem connects robotic units with soil sensors and rain gauges to create a unified intelligence network. According to Sunseeker CEO Terry Ma, the platform is designed to evolve alongside the company's FSA roadmap, which targets a progression from current Level 3 smart gardening toward fully supervised autonomous outdoor care. This transition is supported by machine learning research from Humboldt University of Berlin, intended to address long-term labor shortages in outdoor maintenance.
MapOS serves as the digital backbone of this ecosystem, converting visual data into 3D semantic maps that allow users to define precise boundaries and no-go zones. Following a year where the company tripled its revenue and expanded its retail presence to 5,000 global points of sale, Sunseeker is leveraging partnerships with major sports organizations, including the French Football Federation and the Philadelphia Phillies, to bolster its market footprint. The new product range is scheduled for commercial release in February 2027.
