The current distribution is tied to oil production from June 2026 and gas production from May 2026. Preliminary data indicates volumes of 39,647 barrels of oil and 1,094,091 Mcf of gas. These figures represent a notable drop from the prior month's totals of 72,119 barrels and 1,408,574 Mcf, respectively. Pricing for the period averaged $79.10 per barrel of oil and $2.33 per Mcf of gas.
Management attributed the lower payout to the combined impact of decreased production and a slide in oil prices, which were only marginally mitigated by a slight increase in natural gas pricing. Because the trust distributes revenue only after it is verified and posted, monthly totals often fluctuate based on the timing of cash receipts from energy operators. Approximately $1.14 million in revenue has been received since the close of August, with $199,000 of that total slated for inclusion in the October distribution cycle.
