The tower encompasses 1,740 apartments, ranging from one-bedroom units to exclusive Sky Villas perched on the highest levels. Beyond the residential space, the structure integrates complex amenities including tiered gardens, multiple pool decks, and a wellness spa. To manage the immense structural demands, the project utilized a top-down construction method, employing 100-meter-deep Barette foundations to anchor the building against vertical and horizontal loads.
Protecting these deep-seated elements required specialized material science. General contractor China Railway 18th Bureau Group and consultants MAK Engineering specified Penetron Admix for the foundation and retaining walls. This crystalline admixture creates an insoluble barrier within the concrete, effectively self-sealing microcracks and resisting the high hydrostatic pressure common to deep subterranean construction in the region.
