Splintered Oak Equipment Acquires Three Texas New Holland Dealerships

Splintered Oak Equipment has expanded its footprint in Texas by acquiring three New Holland dealership locations previously operated by WC Tractor. The deal, facilitated by Performance Brokerage Services, allows WC Tractor to narrow its focus toward its extensive Kubota operations while transferring the Brenham, Dayton, and Sealy sites to new ownership.

The transaction marks a strategic realignment for WC Tractor, a family-owned business established in 1939. Under the leadership of Chris Wackman, the firm grew into an 11-rooftop powerhouse, earning recognition as the 2024 Dealership of the Year from Rural Lifestyle Dealer. By divesting the three New Holland locations, the company aims to concentrate its resources on supporting its remaining Kubota-focused network across Central and East Texas.

Pat Albero and Dan Argiro of Performance Brokerage Services served as exclusive advisors for the deal. The brokerage previously worked with the Splintered Oak ownership group during the 2022 acquisition of Conroy Tractor, providing insight into their expansion objectives. Following the sale, the acquired dealerships will continue operations at their current locations under the Splintered Oak Equipment brand.
