Conversely, the firm’s international footprint showed resilience, with Canadian equities climbing 13.3% and European equities rising 5.2% over the same annual period. Global foreign exchange markets also expanded, recording a 14.1% increase in average daily volume to $55.7 billion.

With Australian metrics now fully excised from the data, the August report reflects a streamlined focus on the company's core derivatives and clearing operations. Cboe Clear Europe saw significant activity, with cleared trades rising 19.7% and net settlements up 20.4% year-over-year.
