The partnership brings together Dr. Sullivan’s flagship Annapolis surgery center and her satellite Spa by Sullivan locations in Easton and downtown Annapolis under the CPP umbrella. According to CEO Daniel Schacter, the acquisition aims to support the practice’s continued expansion by providing national-level resources, distinguishing this model from conventional private equity buyouts that often prioritize rapid consolidation over individual clinic culture.

Dr. Sullivan emphasized that the decision to join the network was driven by a need for robust infrastructure to sustain long-term growth. By aligning with CPP, the practice intends to enhance its surgical care and spa service offerings while preserving the patient-provider relationships established over the last twenty years. This addition represents a strategic effort by CPP to consolidate high-performing aesthetic practices that prioritize patient-centered care and long-term operational stability.
