Nominated by the Lightbridge brand, she joins a cohort of top franchisees selected from across the country for their entrepreneurial leadership and commitment to local families.
Matt Haller, president and CEO of the IFA, noted that the honor highlights individuals who build careers and support their communities. Lightbridge Academy CEO Gigi Schweikert credited Grovenstein’s success to operational discipline and a consistent focus on the needs of the families served at her centers. The association will host the recognition ceremony during its summit scheduled for September 14–16, 2026.
