Candidates undergo a rigorous vetting process that evaluates their professional history and subject-matter expertise. Once admitted, they must satisfy mandatory training requirements and adhere to ongoing educational standards to remain active on the roster. While these arbitrators and mediators are central to the organization's mission, they operate independently as contractors rather than employees of the association. This influx of talent arrives as the organization marks its centennial year, continuing its century-long role in providing alternative dispute resolution services.
