Monkee's Brings Boutique Retail to Fair Oaks Ranch

Owners Kelli and Chris Hull spent a year transforming a ground-up construction project into a 1,200-square-foot space designed to prioritize personalized customer service. Kelli Hull, who sources inventory from buying trips in New York, curated a brand list featuring labels like FRAME, Aviator Nation, and Pistola. The shop also highlights regional talent, including artisanal jewelry by Texas-based designer Christina Greene.

Beyond the racks, the Hulls intend for the store to serve as a community hub within the Lemon Creek Ranch development. By blending contemporary fashion with an experiential shopping environment, the boutique seeks to address a perceived decline in service standards across the retail industry. The store operates Monday through Saturday, with Sunday hours available by private appointment.
