Finding that the weapon functioned as intended, the court dropped all claims with prejudice.

This outcome adds to a growing trend for the Newington-based manufacturer, which has now secured over 20 dismissals or defense verdicts concerning the P320. The company points to a comprehensive U.S. Department of War assessment as further validation of its platform. Following an inspection of 113,479 pistols and 1.5 million rounds of testing, military investigators concluded that the P320 is safe and that all reported uncommanded discharges resulted from human input rather than technical failure.
