The company, which operates over 500,000 square feet of production and warehousing, produces private-label organic sauces and dressings for more than 30,000 retail locations nationwide. Jason Dabrow began his career on the plant floor two decades ago, eventually overseeing manufacturing, supply chain, and the launch of a major facility in Nevada. His tenure as president and COO included significant scaling of the firm's culinary and manufacturing capabilities.
Alongside this appointment, the company promoted Chris Sorensen to chief operations officer. Sorensen, a veteran of the firm’s senior leadership team, will oversee manufacturing, quality, and warehousing functions to support future expansion. The transition aims to maintain the long-term stability established by Martin Dabrow in the 1940s, while adapting to shifting consumer demands in the competitive natural foods sector.
