The evening kicks off at 6:00 p.m. with an opening set by the Jill Fulton Band, followed by an 80s-themed tribute performance from The Reagan Years at 7:30 p.m. Beyond the live music, the event features a variety of food trucks and beverages. Organizers emphasize that this is a strictly cashless event, requiring credit cards for all transactions. Attendees must be at least 21 years old, and valid identification will be required for entry.

Advance tickets are priced at $50, rising to $60 at the door, with all proceeds directly funding the nonprofit’s diverse support programs. These services include professional house cleaning for patients, meal assistance through gift cards, and a specialized wig boutique for those experiencing hair loss from chemotherapy. Rider Jet Center, recognized as a top-tier service provider in both local and national aviation awards, has hosted this gathering for 15 of its 18 years, underscoring a long-standing commitment to community health initiatives.
