Schilling arrives with two decades of commercial leadership experience, having previously held key roles at ExamWorks, MRIoA, and AMR. His mandate is to direct the firm’s expansion strategy, leveraging his deep-rooted relationships with health plans and pharmacy benefit managers to broaden the reach of the company’s proprietary Stradix technology platform.
Founder and CEO Ross Crutchfield noted that the appointment comes as the firm transitions from its established niche in disability and workers' compensation toward a wider portfolio including utilization management, payment integrity, and pharmacy review. Schilling emphasized that despite the company's growth targets, the core value proposition remains the quality of clinical determinations, a standard he intends to maintain while scaling operations. The firm currently holds URAC and HITRUST credentials as it prepares for further accreditation rounds.
