Most supply chain operations still rely on manual data entry because orders arrive in erratic formats—handwritten notes, text messages, or messy spreadsheets—that standard software cannot parse. Conexiom Relay aims to clear these backlogs by ingesting diverse document types and funneling them into over 40 compatible ERP systems. Unlike generic large language models that function as black boxes, Relay utilizes an Intelligence Console to provide visibility into how the system interprets and corrects incoming transactions.
At the core of this transparency are two features: Conexiom Assist and the Playbook. Assist acts as an active interface that executes processes and flags exceptions, while the Playbook codifies a company’s tribal knowledge into verifiable rule sets. This setup allows customer service teams to audit AI actions in real time, ensuring that automation remains consistent with internal policies. CEO Michel Feaster emphasized that the platform is built on 15 years of transaction data, providing a specialized foundation that newer AI entrants lack. Bryan DeGraw, a principal at The Hackett Group, noted that this shift toward visible, editable rules is a critical departure from automation that companies previously had to accept on faith.
