The capital generated from the sale is earmarked for the ongoing development of the company’s Michigan data center. Milton "Todd" Ault III, Executive Chairman of Hyperscale Data, characterized the site as a transformative asset for the firm. The facility is currently anchored by a Master Services Agreement representing an approximate $1.2 billion in contracted value, with potential expansion options that could push that figure beyond $3 billion.

This infrastructure project currently utilizes about 20% of the Michigan facility's total potential power capacity of 340 megawatts. The divestiture of Ault Capital Group, expected in 2027, remains a core part of the company’s long-term strategy to streamline its operations into a dedicated data center and high-performance computing provider.
