The deal spans a three-year period, with an anticipated delivery rate of approximately 500 units annually. These homes will be produced through BOXABL’s modular platform and tailored to satisfy specific project requirements. Greg Palivos, co-founder and managing partner of LC Vegas Acquisitions, noted that the platform offers a combination of speed and cost-efficiency that traditional construction methods currently struggle to replicate. His firm brings extensive experience, having managed over a billion dollars in real estate projects nationwide.
While the agreement represents a major milestone, it remains subject to standard performance conditions and site readiness. BOXABL cautioned that the final number of delivered units could vary depending on regulatory approvals and project timelines, as the contract does not mandate a fixed purchase requirement. This collaboration underscores a broader shift toward scalable, off-site construction as developers search for reliable ways to address the country’s persistent housing affordability challenges.
