Guild Garage Group Expands Colorado Footprint with Prutch's Acquisition

Garrett Stevens, who owns the Colorado firm established in 1989, will retain leadership of the business as it integrates into Guild’s broader network. The acquisition provides Prutch's with access to national scale and resources while maintaining its existing operational autonomy. Tim O'Reilly, CEO of Guild Garage Group, noted that the partnership aims to leverage Prutch's established market leadership in both mountain resort communities and major metropolitan areas.

For the Colorado team, the deal represents a shift toward accelerated growth. Stevens emphasized that the partnership offers his technicians better resources and professional connections to other operators nationwide. The company, which maintains a workforce with over 250 years of combined experience across its five sites, will continue to serve residential and commercial clients under the Guild umbrella. This transaction follows a busy year for the alliance, which has now finalized eight partnerships throughout 2026.
