Kaiju No. 8 THE GAME Expands Multiverse in Anniversary Update

The new chapter, titled A New Threat, picks up in the aftermath of a brutal confrontation with Dimensional Identified Kaiju A. While the team initially sought a reprieve, analysis of the creature’s remains unveiled the existence of Kaiju D—a predatory force that once hunted Kaiju A and now targets the unique power residing within Kafka Hibino. To counter this, the group utilizes an experimental Artificial Dimensional Gate to pursue the enemy across parallel worlds.

Supporting this narrative expansion is the arrival of Iharu Furuhashi as a playable ★5 character. Known as the Flash-Fierce Talent, Iharu enters the fray equipped with a custom-built CLOZER suit engineered from the biological data of Kaiju A. Alongside his debut, the game introduces a signature shotgun, the SG-Ahskay, designed to bolster his effectiveness in combat. The update is live across mobile platforms and Steam, marking a major milestone for the title co-produced by Akatsuki Games, TOHO, and Production I.G.
