F&F Ventures Debuts $10 Million Ecommerce Fund with SHOPLINE

A new $10 million investment vehicle is entering the consumer brand market, backed by F&F Ventures and global commerce platform SHOPLINE. The fund targets pre-seed to Series A startups, aiming to fuse financial capital with the technical infrastructure required for early-stage companies to scale beyond their initial launch phase.

The fund is spearheaded by three general partners—Jeff Erickson, Adam Shaw, and Jian Tam—who bring direct experience in building and exiting consumer-facing companies. Erickson previously scaled a brand to eight-figure revenue before a private equity sale, while Shaw and Tam offer expertise in supply chain management and CPG entrepreneurship. Their strategy relies on deal flow from the Founders & Funders community, which hosts a series of "ReversePitch" events where investors present their thesis to potential founders.

Beyond direct investment, portfolio companies gain immediate access to SHOPLINE’s commerce suite, which covers storefront management, payment processing, and multi-channel marketing. Christopher Yang, Co-President of SHOPLINE, has joined the F&F Ventures investment committee to oversee this integration. The fund has already deployed capital into 13 brands, including Protein Waffles, NoLimit, and Link Luggage. By embedding SHOPLINE’s infrastructure at the earliest stages, the partners intend to standardize operations for their portfolio, allowing founders to avoid the common pitfalls of fragmented backend systems.
