The fund targets a specific basket of companies dubbed the "MANGO Group," which includes Meta Platforms, NVIDIA, Alphabet, SpaceX, OpenAI, and Anthropic. This core is supported by the "Parabolic 7"—a collection of hardware-focused firms such as Intel, AMD, Broadcom, Dell, Micron, Marvell, and SanDisk. According to CEO Steve Neamtz, the strategy operates on the premise that AI's platform layer and its supporting infrastructure are inseparable components of a single economic thesis rather than competing interests.
To manage its portfolio, the fund allocates at least 80% of net assets to this group through direct holdings and total return swaps, the latter being the primary vehicle for gaining exposure to private entities like OpenAI and Anthropic. The index undergoes quarterly rebalancing for listed equities, while monthly adjustments account for liquidity shifts. This structure allows the fund to maintain a systematic approach to the rapidly evolving AI sector while keeping a 0.50% expense ratio. The ETF is currently listed on NYSE Arca and NYSE Texas.
