These acquisitions are part of a broader 15 billion SEK buyback initiative launched on April 16, 2026, which is scheduled to conclude by March 31, 2027. The company’s Board of Directors intends to propose the cancellation of these repurchased shares at the 2027 Annual General Meeting, excluding those retained to satisfy existing share-related incentive obligations.

The total share count for the company stands at 3,371,351,735, comprising both Class A and Class B equity. The program adheres to European Union market abuse regulations, specifically the Safe Harbour provisions governing share repurchases.
