Lisa Reilly Joins Boston Women Leaders to Expand Executive Coaching

The appointment addresses a recurring challenge for the association’s members: navigating an unregulated executive coaching market where verifying credentials can be difficult. By vetting partners for certified experience and client history, the organization seeks to provide a curated resource for women in leadership roles. Reilly joins current partners Susan Shepherd and Danielle Snow, rounding out a roster intended to offer diverse expertise for career transitions and burnout prevention.

Reilly’s approach is rooted in her 23-year career within the pharmaceutical and biotech sectors, including roles at Horizon, argenx, and Alexion. During her time at Alexion, she notably led a territory turnaround that moved from the national bottom to the top-tier of performance. Her coaching practice focuses on the intersection of professional achievement and personal well-being, specifically addressing the phenomenon of high-performers who maintain public success while struggling with internal exhaustion. This addition aligns with the association's broader national strategy to standardize support services across its 130 regional chapters, complementing existing initiatives like the Glass Ceiling Score project that tracks corporate gender equity.
