Taylor brings over 25 years of industry experience to the role, having started her career as a licensed practical nurse at the Okaloosa County Department of Corrections in 1999. Her appointment follows a period of significant growth for the Miami-based company in 2026, which saw the addition of new facilities and teams across multiple states. Chief Operations Officer Manny Fernandez emphasized that the creation of this position is a proactive measure to ensure partner priorities remain central to daily operations.

Prior to this promotion, Taylor served as Regional Vice President at Armor since 2021, overseeing medical staffing in Florida, Texas, Georgia, and Ohio. Her background includes roles as a Florida model jail inspector and administrator of large state facilities. In her new capacity, she will act as a primary point of contact for correctional agencies, leveraging her frontline experience to address the unique challenges of the correctional environment directly. Taylor assumes her responsibilities effective immediately.
