Sense Neuro Diagnostics Taps Scott Wampler to Lead NeuroHawk Rollout

Wampler arrives as the organization transitions into a critical phase for its flagship NeuroHawk platform, a non-invasive, radiofrequency-based system designed to detect brain injuries without ionizing radiation. Having supported 61 companies and 38 regulatory submissions throughout his career, Wampler is tasked with steering the technology toward broader clinical adoption. His appointment aims to bridge the gap between initial development and point-of-care implementation in emergency departments and rural healthcare settings.

Co-Chairman Jack Kraeutler noted that the company’s foundation is set, and Wampler’s background in commercialization and intellectual property is tailored for this specific growth cycle. Former CEO Gary Kurdziel will remain on the Board of Directors to ensure continuity. Wampler emphasized that his immediate focus involves working with clinical collaborators and investors to address the unmet needs of patients suffering from strokes and traumatic brain injuries, where rapid assessment is the primary factor in long-term outcomes.
