Trinity Hunt Partners Acquires Stake in Fisher Management

Columbus-based Fisher Management Partners has secured a private equity investment from Trinity Hunt Partners, marking the launch of a new value creation services platform. The deal positions the 2015-founded consultancy to scale its middle-market operations while retaining its existing leadership team under Managing Partner Todd Fisher.

The partnership aims to consolidate resources within the fragmented management consulting industry, targeting enterprise transformation and operational performance. Fisher will operate as the foundational investment for the new platform, maintaining its focus on strategy, supply chain, and organizational technology. According to Trinity Hunt Partner George Morgan, the move is intended to institutionalize the firm’s hands-on execution model during a period of significant market volatility.

Investment banking firm Copper Run served as the exclusive advisor for the transaction, guiding the leadership team through the multi-stage evaluation process. Legal counsel was provided by Kirkland & Ellis LLP for Trinity Hunt and Dinsmore & Shohl LLP for Fisher. Todd Fisher confirmed that his partners will remain in their current roles, emphasizing that the collaboration with Trinity Hunt—which manages over $2 billion in assets—provides the necessary scale to sustain the firm's growth trajectory.
