The new site in Suwanee aims to provide local automakers with agile co-development and a more resilient supply chain. YFORE’s flagship interior unit replaces traditional glass with a system that integrates Driver and Occupant Monitoring, facilitating Euro NCAP five-star safety compliance. By consolidating gesture interaction, Face ID, and in-cabin conferencing into a single housing, the design reduces harness complexity and optimizes space in the vehicle headliner.
Technical performance remains the core of the rollout. The company’s proprietary Liquid Crystal technology delivers brightness exceeding 2,250 cd/m² and supports 8MP inputs with latency capped at 25ms. These units, which weigh less than 500g and feature a 5mm bezel, are designed to maintain clarity in harsh weather and glare. Having already deployed its systems across more than 60 vehicle models for 16 global manufacturers, YFORE intends to apply this mass-production maturity to its new North American operations.
