Rodrigo’s path to the executive suite began long before he joined AssureCare in 2016. His early commitment to patient care was forged while volunteering at a hospital in Liberia during his college years. After earning his degrees at Xavier University—including a dual MHSA and MBA—he refined his expertise in population health and quality improvement initiatives at Mercy Health. Since arriving at AssureCare as a business analyst, he has navigated four promotions to reach his current role, overseeing complex projects and departmental operations.
AssureCare CEO Yousuf Ahmad credited Rodrigo’s rise to a combination of strategic vision and a focus on mentorship. For Rodrigo, the accolade serves as a personal milestone and a reflection of his team’s collective effort. He noted that professional success is rarely solitary, emphasizing the impact of his mentors and colleagues on his development. The Cincinnati Business Courier will formally recognize the class of 2026 at a ceremony held at the Cincinnati Music Hall on September 24, 2026.
