The Vienna, Virginia-based company is leveraging this momentum to bridge the gap between AI reasoning and execution through its latest platform release, RunMyJobs 2026.3. By introducing general availability for its Model Context Protocol (MCP) server, Redwood now provides governed access to over 50 tools across nine global AWS regions. This integration allows enterprises to connect AI models directly to legacy business logic, ensuring that automated agents can initiate workflows with full auditability.
To facilitate the transition toward autonomous enterprise operations, Redwood is also rolling out a suite of AI-driven tools currently in technical preview. These include an Operations Agent designed for real-time failure detection, an Agent Studio for embedding LLM-powered reasoning into workflows, and a Workflow Builder that translates plain English descriptions into executable processes. According to Chief Product Officer Charles Crouchman, the platform's architecture is built to ensure that AI agents operate within existing enterprise trust models rather than existing as isolated experiments.
