Neopharma Technologies Secures ISO AI Certification for NEOVAULT

The certification covers the entire lifecycle of the company’s AI software, including design, development, maintenance, and monitoring. By integrating this standard with existing protocols like ISO/IEC 27001, SOC 2 Type II, GDPR, and HIPAA, Neopharma aims to solidify its position as a trusted digital partner for diagnostic manufacturers and healthcare organizations. Executive Director Shaun Melville noted that the governance of AI is critical to the company's ability to scale operations and manage global partnerships effectively.

Chief Technology Officer Gajenddra Raj emphasized that technical performance alone is insufficient in the diagnostic space. He stated that the system requires embedded accountability and traceability to support the platform's evolution. Currently, NEOVAULT functions as a device-agnostic environment that connects laboratories and enterprise systems, primarily focusing on drug and alcohol testing. The company intends to leverage this newly certified architecture to transition into wider human health diagnostic applications as its infrastructure expands.
