TRG Acquires Reverse IT to Scale European Managed Mobility

Reverse IT brings a specialized focus on the full lifecycle of mobile hardware, including sourcing, configuration, and repair services for clients in logistics, retail, and manufacturing. For TRG, a portfolio company of Gemspring Capital, the integration serves to bolster its existing managed mobility suite across European markets.

Sean Kennedy, CEO of TRG, noted that the acquisition leverages the firm's global resources to scale Reverse IT’s established local technical expertise. Edgar Beck, who leads the Dutch firm, will maintain the company's service-oriented approach while tapping into TRG’s broader partner network and cybersecurity capabilities. The merger aligns with TRG’s strategy of managing enterprise endpoints across North America, Europe, and Latin America.
