Nooks Acquires FullyRamped to Scale Revenue Agent Capabilities

San Francisco-based Nooks has acquired AI-native coaching startup FullyRamped to accelerate the development of its Revenue Agent Platform. Aaron Marks, who founded FullyRamped in 2024 to pioneer hyper-realistic sales roleplay agents, joins the Nooks product team to help build infrastructure that enables AI to operate across the entire revenue lifecycle.

Nooks Acquires FullyRamped to Scale Revenue Agent Capabilities

Nooks intends to move beyond its origins in outbound sales by integrating FullyRamped’s voice agent technology into its broader ecosystem. While many AI tools currently function as static assistants, Nooks aims to deploy agents capable of maintaining shared context, making autonomous decisions, and executing complex workflows alongside human teams. This shift mirrors the technical approach Marks utilized to create simulated prospects for high-volume sales coaching.

Dan Lee, CEO and co-founder of Nooks, noted that the acquisition allows the company to deepen its technical foundation in agentic intelligence. Marks will focus on shaping the next generation of platform capabilities, ensuring AI agents can interact dynamically within real-world revenue organizations. The platform currently supports over 1,800 companies, including major industry players like HubSpot, Deel, and Intercom, providing them with the intelligence needed to coordinate between human sellers and specialized digital agents.
