Veteran Trial Attorney Mary-Olga Lovett Joins McKool Smith

Lovett’s transition to McKool Smith follows a career defined by high-exposure courtroom advocacy. She has served as lead counsel in more than 70 patent cases in the Eastern District of Texas, representing both plaintiffs and defendants. Her recent work includes defending a global energy company in environmental litigation and serving as lead trial counsel for a target defendant in a massive 2,000-plaintiff action stemming from a Houston explosion.
