His arrival coincides with the release of an enhanced editing interface designed to simplify the transition from template to signed agreement. The new AI assistant offers real-time, on-demand guidance, intended to reduce project risks and accelerate negotiations for architecture, engineering, and construction professionals.
CEO Nick Macey noted that the integration of these tools marks a shift toward more predictable project outcomes. With more than 300 standardized documents serving as the foundation, the platform processes over 1.2 million contracts annually. The organization, which has provided industry standards since 1888, is now focusing on developing additional AI capabilities to assist firms in navigating the complexities of modern construction projects.
