The Las Vegas expansion serves as a foundation for broader growth, with management already scouting further sites across the state to build on the momentum of their San Jose roots. Since launching in 2016, the chain has scaled to over 10 locations throughout the Bay Area, employing 200 people.
To mark the debut, the new shop is offering 20% discounts on all orders throughout the day. The first 100 patrons will receive branded tote bags, and the store will host a raffle to further incentivize local interest. While the company views this specific site as a launchpad, leadership maintains that the goal remains consistent with their original mission: prioritizing sustainability and community integration as they introduce their build-your-own model to new demographics.
