Nair brings over 15 years of leadership to the Irvine-based company, most recently serving as Head of Analytics and BI at Amazon. During his time at Amazon, he managed the analytics roadmap for Ring’s subscription business, overseeing its expansion from $800 million to over $2 billion. He also spearheaded the deployment of LLM-powered agents that boosted organizational efficiency by 70%. His background includes a stint as Global Head of Analytics and Insights at Uber and eight years at Adobe, where he scaled a direct-to-consumer business to $45 million in annual recurring revenue.
At MFour, Nair will focus on advancing the company's first-party data strategy and the evolution of DANI, an AI assistant designed to bridge the gap between behavioral data and survey responses. CEO Chris St. Hilaire noted that the hire is intended to refine the company’s intelligence capabilities, turning raw consumer signals into actionable business decisions. Nair views the move as an opportunity to move beyond the initial enterprise AI hype, focusing instead on practical applications that simplify complex consumer journey mapping.
