Since its global launch in July 2025, VensureHR has focused on core infrastructure such as Employer of Record services, international payroll, and compliance. The company is now layering specialized advisory and IT procurement services onto that foundation. Alex Campos, CEO of Vensure Employer Solutions, noted that businesses moving into new markets require more than just administrative support; they need guidance on workforce strategy and the physical tools necessary for employee productivity. The new consulting arm, structured into Navigate, Expand, and Operate tiers, covers areas ranging from worker classification to compensation benchmarking and local employment law. Parallel to these advisory services, the company has introduced a hardware management platform. This system handles the procurement, deployment, and eventual recovery of devices, ensuring that employees and contractors in different time zones receive the equipment they need from onboarding through offboarding. This expansion follows a period of growth for the Chandler-based firm, which recently secured industry recognition, including two 2026 Stevie Awards for its work in international collaboration and expansion.
