The company, which manages a vast network of 34 amusement and water parks alongside nine resorts, intends to consolidate its leadership and shared business functions at its existing office space within Choctaw Stadium. By situating itself in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex, the firm aims to improve operational efficiency and foster closer collaboration between corporate teams and its regional park properties.
President and CEO John Reilly stated that the Arlington location provides an ideal environment for the company’s long-term growth strategy. The proximity to five Texas-based parks allows leadership to maintain an on-the-ground presence, strengthening the connection between corporate management and daily park operations. While employees in Charlotte are being offered relocation opportunities, the company confirmed it will maintain a corporate presence in Sandusky, Ohio, and remains committed to ongoing capital investments at its Carowinds park in the Carolinas.
