Dr. Azeem joins the firm as it looks to accelerate the implementation of its KeyLift platform. CEO Josh Lambert noted that Azeem’s background in research and physician engagement provides the necessary bridge between clinical evidence and surgical application. In his dual role, Azeem will coordinate a multidisciplinary team of neurosurgeons and orthopedists tasked with refining outcomes measurement and patient-centered care protocols.
Prior to this appointment, Azeem served as the Program Director for the Pain Medicine Fellowship at HCA Florida Healthcare and the University of South Florida. His academic record includes more than 40 publications on minimally invasive spine procedures, alongside leadership positions within the American Society of Pain & Neuroscience and the Global Spine Initiative. He will now leverage this experience to ensure the KeyLift system—which recently secured FDA 510(k) clearance—meets rigorous clinical benchmarks.
