Revance Taps Industry Veteran Melissa O'Connor for Regulatory Lead

Reporting directly to Chief Operating Officer Nick Crowe, O'Connor assumes responsibility for managing regulatory risk and streamlining the approval process for Revance’s expanding pipeline. Her mandate includes balancing rapid speed-to-market with the rigorous compliance standards required for the company’s diverse portfolio of biologics, medical devices, and skincare offerings.

O’Connor arrives with over 25 years of experience, most recently serving as a founding member and Chief Quality and Regulatory Officer at StimLabs, LLC. Her background spans the development and commercialization of human tissue-based products and medical devices. Nadeem Moiz noted that her expertise in navigating both U.S. and European Union premarket requirements provides the tactical leadership necessary for Revance’s next phase of global growth. A RAPS Fellow with a master’s degree in Biomedical and Pharmaceutical Regulatory Affairs, she previously held quality and leadership roles at QSpex Technologies and Chemence Medical Products.
