SnapSoccer Takes Over 33rd Annual Capital City Cup in North Little Rock

The tournament, a staple of local club soccer for over three decades, will host boys and girls teams ranging from U8 to U19. Competitors will face off in 7v7, 9v9, and 11v11 formats across the 17 fields at Burns Park. The partnership with North Little Rock Tourism and the North Little Rock Parks Department aims to leverage the site's extensive infrastructure, which includes seven lit fields and permanent facilities along the Arkansas River.

SnapSoccer CEO John Guidroz emphasized the importance of preserving the tournament's legacy while expanding its reach. Brandon Hom, Executive Director of Arkansas Rising, noted the shift is intended to grow the event's footprint for participating families. Tournament Director Nick Cooper highlighted that the operational focus will remain on field logistics and efficient scheduling to ensure a seamless experience for coaches and players. Registration is currently open, with fees set at $550 for 7v7, $650 for 9v9, and $750 for 11v11 brackets.
