Antonio Garcia-Martinez, Head of Growth at Base, noted that the move provides millions of users access to financial primitives once hidden behind traditional gatekeepers. Johann Eid, Chief Business Officer at Chainlink Labs, added that the infrastructure ensures the secure, reliable pricing necessary to accelerate the convergence of TradFi and DeFi. Coinbase clarified that these tokenized assets remain available exclusively in eligible jurisdictions outside the United States.
