Founded in 2017, Aneden Consulting has carved out a niche by assisting ISOs, RTOs, and renewable energy developers with the technical due diligence required to bring new power projects online. By folding the firm into its existing Grid Engineering and Interconnection division, E Source intends to scale these advisory services while maintaining the hands-on, client-first responsiveness for which Aneden is known.
E Source CEO Joe Eazor noted that the acquisition addresses the growing complexity of grid integration, providing developers and utilities with greater depth to manage regulatory and compliance hurdles. Olu Fagbemiro, founder of Aneden, will continue to emphasize the customized engineering approach that defined his firm’s reputation. The deal was supported by legal and financial counsel from McGuireWoods LLP, Westbury Group, and Taft Law, marking another step in E Source’s push to modernize utility infrastructure across North America.
