Field brings 15 years of experience to the role, having previously held senior positions at Bridge Investment Group, Ryan Companies, and Douglas Emmett. His mandate involves spearheading Brennan’s industrial investment platform across the Mountain West, a move Kevin Brennan, the firm’s Chief Investment Officer, described as a natural extension of their existing national strategy. Field’s background includes overseeing investment activity across the West and Southwest regions, positioning him to scout new opportunities in the competitive Phoenix industrial landscape.
This expansion aligns with Brennan’s long-term growth trajectory. Since 2010, the company has built a portfolio spanning 58 million square feet across 30 states, totaling $8 billion in acquisitions and developments. By establishing a local presence in Phoenix, the firm aims to replicate the success of its 18 other regional offices, utilizing its model of co-investing with private and institutional capital to secure industrial assets.
